The hosts were extremely accommodating, even when our flight was delayed and our son decided to stay with us. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. It was also very clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect for our stay in St Andrews, with on-street parking available. We were pleasantly surprised to find gin and tonics waiting for us upon arrival. We would definitely return to this property in the future.
Felt completely satisfied, no complaints at all.

The property had plenty of space for our group of five and had all the amenities we needed. the location was also great, with easy access to the town center and nearby attractions. Plus, the property was very warm and cozy during our stay in the early January.
The wifi was not reliable, especially if you're planning to use laptops or other devices. the en-suite could use some cosmetic attention, although it was only a minor issue.

The hosts were super chill and totally cool about our delayed flight and extra guest. They even had gin and tonics waiting for us, which was lit! The apartment was sick - spacious, cozy, and hella clean. Plus, it was in the perfect spot for cycling, so we had a sick time exploring the area.
If there's one thing we'd ask for, it would be better WiFi for all our partying needs. But honestly, with everything else being so rad, it didn't kill our vibe at all.

The house was incredibly well equipped, making our stay super convenient. The hosts were amazingly friendly and even prepared a cup of tea for us upon arrival. It was a nice surprise to have fresh milk and juice provided. Despite the wet and cold weather, the property was warm and cosy. The location was excellent, with parking available right at the door. The front bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with lots of equipment. We will definitely return to this accommodation in the future! The hosts were so welcoming and accommodating, even when our flight was delayed and our son decided to stay with us. They even had gin and tonics waiting for us upon arrival. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious, warm, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It was the perfect location for our stay in the city, with on-street parking available. We highly recommend this property for a stay in the area. It had more than enough space and amenities for our group of five during a wedding weekend. The owners' friend greeted us upon arrival and explained everything to us. The property is conveniently close to the city center and was very warm during our January visit.

Lovely cottage and brilliant value for money. The owners were so welcoming and accommodating, even when our flight was delayed. They even had gin and tonics waiting for us on arrival! The cottage was cozy, well-decorated, and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to key sights and shops. Despite a minor issue with sporadic hot water for the shower, it was overall a great stay. I would definitely recommend Helens Lea Villa for a comfortable and affordable home away from home.

We loved how close it was to the beach and the town center. We had a blast cycling around and exploring the cool shops and cafes. The owners were chill and the cottage had everything we needed. Best part? It was hella affordable!
The only thing we wished for was a banging party spot nearby. It would've been sick to have somewhere close to dance and have a good time with our friends.
